Unit Ventilators

Self Contained Units

Self-Contained unit ventilators feature precise temperature and dehumidification control to help keep students and teachers comfortable while making maximum use of free outdoor-air cooling to reduce operating costs.

  • 21,000-52,300 Btuh
  • 024-054 sizes
  • 1000 to 1,500 cfm
  • Draw-through coils
  • Up to 12.7 EER

Vertical Floor Units

Ceiling and floor units are perfect for new construction and for retrofit applications. Older buildings with baseboard radiant heat or other hydronic heating systems can be easily adapted to work efficiently with these units.

  • 15,700-57,600 Btuh
  • 007-048 sizes
  • 750 to 1,500 cfm
  • Draw-through coils
  • 2-5 cooling rows

Horizontal Floor Units

Ceiling and floor units are perfect for new construction and for retrofit applications. Older buildings with baseboard radiant heat or other hydronic heating systems can be easily adapted to work efficiently with these units.

  • 11,400-37,100 Btuh
  • 750 to 2,000 cfm
  • Draw-through coils
  • 2-5 cooling rows

Air and Water Source Heat Pumps

Heat pump unit ventilators utilize the natural properties of the earth to provide heating and cooling to a building. Heat addition and rejection occurs below the ground, inside hundreds of feet of ground loop where fluid is circulated through the loop and then back to the ventilator unit.

  • 16,500-51,200 Btuh
  • 024-048 sizes
  • 650 to 1,500 cfm
  • Draw-through coils
  • Up to 20.9 EER
